Es handelt sich beim Anbieter um ein PMS System, welches den Anbieter der Hotelsoftware des Verantwortlichen darstellt. Bei den Widgets kann es sich – je nach Tourismusbetrieb – um die Folgenden handeln:

a. Allgemeines
Um Ihre Anfrage bzw. Buchung bearbeiten zu können, ist es erforderlich, dass die von Ihnen dem Verantwortlichen bekanntgegebenen Daten verarbeitet werden.
Der oben genannte Verantwortliche und die zadego GmbH, (beide gemeinsam auch „Anbieter“ genannt) stehen in einer vertraglich geregelten Geschäftsbeziehung. Der Verantwortliche bezieht von der zadego GmbH seine Hotelverwaltungs- bzw. Buchungssoftware.
Es findet eine Übertragung der von Ihnen bekanntgegebenen personenbezogenen Daten an das Verwaltungssystem und an mit dem Verwaltungssystem in Geschäftsbeziehungen stehende Unternehmen statt. Diese Übertragung erfolgt insbesondere an o.g. Vermieter, ggfs. auch an Tourismusverbände, Meldewesen Provider, Zahlungsanbietern und andere Unternehmen, die an Verwaltungssystem und/oder Vermieter angebunden sind und zur Erfüllung nachvertraglicher Pflichten herangezogen werden müssen.
Die Verwendung von personenbezogenen Daten durch die Anbieter richtet sich nach den geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen sowie der durch Sie erteilten Zustimmung zur Verwendung Ihrer Daten.
b. Erhebung von Daten
Im Rahmen einer Anfrage bzw. Buchung beim Tourismusbetrieb geben Sie zur Durchführung derselben hierfür relevante Daten bekannt. Hierbei handelt es sich in aller Regel um die Folgenden:
- Vor- und Nachname
- E-Mail-Adresse
- Address
- Telephone
- Zahlungsdaten (Bankverbindung, Kreditkartendaten)
- Geburtsdaten (zur Identifizierung von Kindern)
Diese Daten werden nur, soweit dies gesetzlich erlaubt ist, und nur mit Ihrer Zustimmung und durch Ihre aktive Mitwirkung erhoben. Soweit die Zustimmung im Rahmen der Leistungen elektronisch erklärt wird, wird den gesetzlichen Hinweispflichten Rechnung getragen und diese Zustimmung durch geeignete technische Systeme protokolliert.
c. Zweck dieser Datenverarbeitung
Der Verantwortliche wird Ihre personenbezogenen Daten in diesem Zusammenhang zu folgenden Zwecken verarbeiten:

- Erfüllung Meldepflichten
- Zahlungsabwicklung
- Rechnungslegung
Erfolgt in einem dieser Widgets eine Eingabe von personenbezogenen Daten (Kontaktdaten, E-Mail, Daten des Wunschaufenthaltes in unserem Haus), erfolgt dies stets auf freiwilliger Basis und nur zu dem Zwecke, Ihrem Aufenthaltswunsch ein entsprechendes Angebot unterbreiten zu können.
Kommt kein Vertragsverhältnis zwischen den Parteien zustande (es kommt also zu keinem Aufenthalt im Betrieb des Verantwortlichen), werden die Daten der betroffenen Person umgehend automatisiert aus den Systemen gelöscht. Im Einzelfall sind gesetzliche Aufbewahrungs- und Löschfristen zu beachten.
