We are a Millstätter See Inclusive Card company
Our guest card, the "Millstätter See Inclusive Card", opens the door to numerous free vacation attractions around Lake Millstatt in summer and winter. For example, it allows you to visit the lidos on Lake Millstatt free of charge and use the local toll roads free of charge. In addition, various experiences such as sports or family programs are offered with attractive discounts of up to 40 percent. Another highlight: free S-Bahn travel during the entire stay is included. Offer price
In addition to the accommodation costs and the regional guest card, the offer price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, sugar, salt, pepper, washing-up and cleaning materials, bin bags, visitor's tax, final cleaning, electricity, Wi-Fi and parking. Either way, you will always find a bottle of wine, a bottle of mineral water, a bottle of fruit juice and a little sweet surprise on your arrival day - at no extra cost, of course. Think of it as a warm welcome gift.

Terms of payment
We accept cash payment and bank transfers! Please understand that we cannot accept credit cards due to the very high discounts. Upon reservation, a deposit of 25% of the offer amount is due to finalize the booking. In the event of early departure or late arrival, we will charge the agreed price.

Cancellation conditions
As we have invested a lot of money in the renovation of the house and the vacation apartments in recent years, we also need financial planning security. For this reason, we cannot offer you the option of canceling at short notice and recommend that you take out travel insurance just in case.

As a general rule, the following cancellation fees apply if the booked vacation apartment cannot be re-let:

• No cancellation fees up to 3 months before arrival
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the chargeable costs
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the chargeable costs
• in the last week before arrival 90% of the chargeable costs
• No-show on the day of arrival 100% of the chargeable costs

Arrival & Departure
You can move into the apartments from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Departing guests are requested to leave the apartments at 10:00 a.m. for final cleaning. Please do not forget to leave the key chips in the apartment or hand them to us personally. Thank you very much for this.

To the smokers
Smoking is not permitted in our apartments without exception.
However, smoking is permitted on the balcony/terrace or in the courtyard or garden. Ashtrays are available and should be used.

Mobility

Arrival by bus and train - Carinthia train station shuttle
If you are traveling to Carinthia by bus or train, a station shuttle will take you from Spittal-Millstättersee station to our company. Simply book by 8 p.m. the day before at www.bahnhofshuttlekaernten.at or by calling the hotline +43 4242 42000 24.
Tip: With the Millstätter See Inclusive Card (MIC), which you receive free of charge for stays of two nights or more at our hotel, you can book rides on the train station shuttle for € 3.00!

Arrival by car and parking lot
The Millstätter See - Bad Kleinkirchheim - Nockberge region has excellent connections to the international highway network. Nearby highway exits are: A10 junction Spittal/Millstätter See, Spittal Ost and Villach Ossiachersee. Free parking spaces are available for our guests directly in front of the accommodation.

Two e-charging stations directly at our own parking lot
Two modern e-charging stations are available for our guests directly at our own parking lot. This works very simply: the charging cable of your electric vehicle is connected to the station and charging is conveniently carried out using the hotel's own RFID cards. This means you can charge your vehicle easily and safely during your stay - without any extra trips.

Nockmobil
Leave your own car behind! With the Nockmobil you can travel around the Millstätter See - Bad Kleinkirchheim - Nockberge tourist region flexibly and cheaply 365 days a year. Whether lake or mountain, excursion destination, thermal spa or restaurant. Simply book by app or by phone. The Nockmobil stop MN326 "Schiffsanlegestelle Klingerpark" is approx. 50 meters from our house. Bookings should be made at least 60 minutes before the desired departure time. If a group exceeds 6 people, registration is required by 18:00 the day before (maximum group size 16 people). Information and booking under: www.nockmobil.at or via the hotline +43 123 500 444 24.
Tip: With our guest card, which you receive free of charge for stays of two nights or more at our hotel, travel on the Nockmobil and public transport is discounted!

Dogs
Dogs are welcome to stay with us. Owners are requested to provide their pets with their own place to sleep. The beds and seating are for two-legged friends only. Please make sure that your pets do not do their business on our lawn. If this should happen, we ask that you thoroughly remove any droppings, whether in the apartment or in the garden. From the coming winter season we will charge € 15,- per night and pet as well as an increase of € 50,00 for the final cleaning.

SAT-TV
The SAT receiver is integrated in the TV sets and already programmed. All TV sets are connected to the existing Wi-Fi network.

Free W-LAN
Each of our apartments is equipped with its own W-LAN access point. You can get the access data from us in the house. The W-LAN is operated according to a fair-use system. This means that the available bandwidth is divided equally and fairly among all users. Data-intensive services therefore only work to a limited extent.

Water - Drinking water
Here in Carinthia we are in the fortunate position of being able to drink clean and good water straight from the tap. Water bottles from the supermarket could therefore stay there. Enjoy the excellent quality of our spring water pure or refine the drinking water with a regionally produced syrup or juice.
