Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome guests here. We have always had dogs ourselves and know how difficult it is to find suitable accommodation. There are activities to which you cannot take your dog. No problem, I can also do the dog-sitting if your furry friend allows it.
Is there breakfast?
You can book breakfast as an option.
Can I smoke in the room?
No! Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. However, smoking is permitted on the balcony/terrace or in the courtyard or garden. Ashtrays are available and should be used.
Is the house in a quiet area?
Yes, the house is located in a traffic-calmed spa zone with no through traffic.
How big are the apartments?
My apartments are between 52 and 65 m² in size.
Do all apartments have a balcony?
Three apartments have a large balcony and one apartment has a large terrace.
Do the apartments have separate bedrooms?
Yes, all apartments have 2 separate bedrooms. In two of the apartments there are two full bedrooms, in the other two apartments there is a bunk bed.
Is there W-LAN in the apartments or in the house?
Yes, all apartments are equipped with W-LAN. Each apartment has its own access point. Our satellite TV sets are also connected to the W-LAN network.
Do we have to take bed linen and towels with us?
No, towels and bed linen are available on site, free of charge of course.
How are the kitchens equipped?
The kitchens are equipped with crockery such as tea and coffee cups, all the necessary plates and bowls, water glasses, wine glasses and kitchen utensils - pots, frying pans, salad bowls, casserole dishes, cooking spoons, soup ladles, spatulas, vegetable and cheese graters, good cutting knives, toaster, coffee machine (normal and Nespresso), kettle, stove with four burners, oven with microwave function, normal sized dishwasher, etc.
How are the bathrooms equipped? Is there a hairdryer?
Yes, there is a good hairdryer in the bathroom, large mirrors including a make-up mirror. Of course there are towels in different colors for our guests in the vacation apartments - a different one for each guest. Organic care products such as hand soap, hair & body shampoo and a hand & body lotion from Pure Green Cosmetics from Tyrol round off the bathroom offer.
Are there also apartments suitable for the disabled?
I have an apartment on the ground floor that is disabled-friendly and can be accessed by wheelchair. The bathroom has a generous turning circle and the paths are also suitable for a wheelchair.
Can you provide us with a crib or high chairs?
Yes, no problem. There are two cribs and two high chairs in the house, which are available free of charge.
Is there private access to the lake?
No, we don't have private access to the lake. But the Klingerpark with public access to the lake is almost on our doorstep. The hotel's own rowing boat is moored here and can be used by guests at any time on request.
Are you a Millstätter See Inclusive Card company?
Yes, I am a MIC inclusive business. With this guest card you can enter all pools at Lake Millstatt free of charge or use the local toll roads free of charge.
Can we park our bikes safely?
Yes, we have a lockable bicycle storage room with charging facilities for e-bikes, including a washing area, tools, shoe dryer, etc.
Is there a bike rental in the village?
Yes, there is one. The Seeboden bike store is an eight-minute walk away. Attention: Closed on Sunday and Monday.
Is there a ski boot dryer in the house?
Yes, we have a ski boot dryer for 20 pairs of ski boots.
Is the house in a quiet area?
Yes, the house is located in a traffic-calmed spa zone with no through traffic.
Is there private access to the lake?
No, we don't have private access to the lake. But the Klingerpark with public access to the lake is almost on our doorstep. The hotel's own rowing boat is moored here and can be used by guests at any time on request.
How far is it to the town center?
The town center with stores, doctors, cafes is within walking distance in 8 to 10 minutes.
Is there a bakery in the village?
There is a branch of a bakery here in town. I can also provide you with fresh breakfast pastries.
Is there a bike rental in the village?
Yes, there is one. The Seeboden bike store is an eight-minute walk away. Attention: Closed on Sunday and Monday.
How far is it to the nearest ski resort?
In 10 to 30 minutes by car you can reach: the Goldeck sports mountain (10 min), Bad Kleinkirchheim, the Katschberg and the Gerlitze (approx. 30 min each), but also the Nassfeld, the Turracher Höhe and the Mölltal Glacier are within easy reach.
Are there parking spaces at the house?
Yes, there is free parking right next to the house.
Is there also an e-charging station for my e-car?
Yes, there are two wallboxes for charging guest e-cars.
How far is it to the town center?
The town center with stores, doctors, cafes is within walking distance in 8 to 10 minutes.
Can we park our bikes safely?

What does this breakfast look like?
I bring breakfast directly to the apartments in the form of a basket. There is a selection of pastries, regional sausage and cheese products, savory and sweet spreads, some fruit and various hot and cold drinks. Details can be found on our breakfast information sheet

What do these guided hikes look like?
I plan my hikes in consultation with my guests. The hiking destinations are then adapted to the respective ability and fitness level. Everything is possible, from easy tours to pleasure tours to longer tours.
Are tours also offered in winter?
Depending on the snow conditions, I offer guided snowshoe hikes or easy winter hikes. From beginners to advanced - there is certainly something for everyone. My taster snowshoe hikes are very popular. The necessary equipment such as snowshoes, avalanche transceiver equipment, poles, Grödl or spikes can be hired on site.
How big are the group sizes on the hikes?
In summer up to 12 people per tour in winter 8 people.
